1.1 I retain all the rights to my work, which includes: the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
1.2 You can use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (e.g. as a profile picture, wallpaper or print it for personal use).
1.3 You can use the artwork as a reference for future commissions.
1.4 You are not allowed to take credit for the creation of the artwork or remove the signature.
1.5 You are not allowed to reproduce the artwork commercially.
1.6 I do not allow my art to be used for any AI purposes.
1.7 NFT usage is stricktly forbbiden.
Order & Payment
2.1 Orders via ko-fi page (this is the easiest form of menaging the orders for me for now. I may, however, change it in the future and I'll definitely let you know when that happens).
2.2 Payment on ko-fi via PayPal or Credit Card.
2.3 Refund available only during sketch stage.
2.4 There are no refunds once the drawing is completed.
instructions to buyer
3.1 Please include a description of what character you want.
3.2 Please send me as many high-resolution references as you can, with a clearly visible color palette.
3.3 Let me know if you would like to add any color as a background.
3.4 For add-ons: please let me know what background and/or character would you like to add. References are appreciated!
3.5 Add your email address, where I'll be sending you a final file.
3.6 Optional: let me know where and how can I tag you in case I post your commission on my social media.
3.7 Agree to terms.
3.8 Process payment.
SCHEDULING / WORK SPEED
4.1 Once I receive payment from you, I will DM you on ko-fi to confirm all the details. Please be sure what you want before I start working on your commission as I will not accept major changes towards the end.
4.2 I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance (full money refund via ko-fi).
4.3 Commissions can take me from 1 week to 4 weeks to finish (not including weekends).
4.4 You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.
FEEDBACK
5.1 I will be sending you 3 updates (sketch, lineart, color) plus a final confirmation at the end with the finished artwork.
5.2 You can make 3 changes.
FINAL PRODUCT
6.1 I will send you the finished artwork by email (JPG format, 300dpi, 2050x2050px or 2160x1620px).
6.2 I will send two versions: one with solid background color and one with a white background (third version if you'd add any extra background).
6.3 You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.
6.4 You can post the commission to your social media with the proper credit (@verkomy on instagram, twitter, tiktok | @verk0my on tumblr).
6.5 Notify me if you don't want me to post your commission on my social media.
